Returns Policy

We adore you guys and your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% sure with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused products that are in the original packaging within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Please note, original shipping charges and any item marked as “final sale” on their description page are not refunded. All returns will receive a £8.50 restocking fee due to each product being made to order.

Delune can only accept returns for items purchased through www.delune.co.uk. If you purchased our products from a retail partner or a store, please contact that retailer or store directly.
